At Krause Farms Ltd, we take pride in the quality of our frozen berries; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once they leave our facility. Return Process

    Thoroughly check your frozen berry packages immediately upon delivery or pickup to ensure they meet our freshness standards and are free from damage.

    Document Issues

    If you find a defect or discrepancy, take clear photographs of the product and the packaging labels within 24 hours of receipt.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement credit.

    Resolution Review

    Our quality assurance team will evaluate your claim and notify you of the approval status for a store credit or refund within 3-5 business days.
