We use Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology immediately after harvest. This process locks in peak ripeness, nutrients, and flavor while preventing the berries from clumping together.

Do you ship frozen products to all locations?

Currently, we offer shipping of frozen goods within specific regional zones to ensure the product remains frozen during transit. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area.

How should I store my berries once they arrive?

Please place your berries in the freezer immediately upon arrival. They can be stored for up to 12 months at 0°F (-18°C) or colder without losing their quality.

Are there any additives or sugars in your frozen berries?

No, our frozen berries are 100% natural. We do not add any sugars, syrups, preservatives, or artificial colors to our products.

What is your policy if my order arrives thawed?

We guarantee that your berries will arrive frozen. If your order arrives thawed or damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Can I use these berries directly from the freezer?

Yes! Our IQF berries are perfect for use directly from the freezer in smoothies, baking, or oatmeal. For fresh topping use, we recommend thawing them in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
